I’m Cecilia, Service Coordinator for the Southern Operation Team at Southern Support Family (SSF), covering Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA), and Tasmania (TAS).

SSF is a dedicated home care service provider, committed to delivering high-quality, personcentered care that helps clients live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Regional Service Coordination

I oversee and manage aged care services across three states, ensuring every client receives timely and personalised support.

Family & Client Advocacy

I work closely with families and clients, making sure their voices are heard and their choices respected. For me, care is a partnership built on trust.

Workforce & Operations Support

I help bridge the gap between frontline staff and operations, supporting smooth processes so our teams can focus on what matters most, quality care.
